Temporary power line towers

he design engineers of Ovit ZRt. are able to ensure the continuity of the electrical energy supply even under urcunstands of fallen power line towers or any other serious damage to high voltage power lines. Through the application of its own innovative technology, Ovit ZRt. is able to provide continuous operation of power lines throughout the period of repair.

Reuseable or emergency power line towers have been designed and manufactured by Ovit ZRt., (in 120-, 220-, and 400 kV versions). Structural characteristics of these towers were tested (with the aid of model simulations) in collaboration with the Technical University of Budapest. These temporary towers have already been installed in numerous cases, and are used for breakdowns and planned refits.
