We are pleased to inform you that for strengthening the integration of the Maintenance Division established on 1 January 2008, the following personal changes took place on 15 September 2008:

Mr. András Varga, as a direct consultant of the maintenance director, was commissioned to support a more efficient practice of the OVIT-standards (procedures, directions) at the Maintenance Division and the business activities outside the MVM Group.

Due to the change of the scope of his duties, from Mr. Varga András – who still exercises supervision as a professional chief engineer over the activities in MOL Dunai Finomító (MOL Danube Refinery) and that of OVIT Central Department for Substation Construction – the leadership of the Central Department for Substation Construction was taken over by Mr. Gábor Vastag.
