Modified Internal Structure (Organigram)

Dear Sirs,
Please note that the Articles of Association and Bylaws of Ovit ZRt. and at the same time, the internal structure of the Company were modified with the effect from 1 January 2008.
Besides our well-known three Divisions, a fourth Division has become operative – Maintenance Division –, as the organization responsible for the Company’s power station maintenance, project implementation and service activities. Its task is to become an outsourcee of maintenance and construction tasks and certain services of power plants, first of all for power plants of the MVM Group.
Mr. Miklós Horváth has been assigned to the leadership of Maintenance Division as Maintenance Director.
The Maintenance Division will have the following units (and Managers):
Nuclear Power Plant Maintenance Section: Mr. József Vajda, Director of Nuclear Power Plant Maintenance Section
Nuclear Power Plant Electric and Control Engineering Department: Mr. Mihály Fritz, Head of Department
Nuclear Power Plant Engine Assembly Department: Mr. Béla Nagypál, Head of Department
Nuclear Power Plant Engine Maintenance Department: Mr. István Szebenyi, Head of Department
Power Plant Machines Maintenance Department: Mr. Gábor Repovszki, Head of Department Department for Maintenance Coordination Planning and Technology: Mr. Attila Szabó, Head of Department
